Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

While using the 20a platform, users must comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the 20a platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Approved payment methods must be used for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and authorized bank transfers.

Deposit Terms

  • Deposits must be made from a payment source belonging to the account holder.
  • Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
  • Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set in accordance with platform announcements.

Withdrawal Terms

  • Withdrawal requests may take 1–72 working hours to process.
  • Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
  • Withdrawals may not be available until the wagering requirements associated with a bonus have been met.
